Simply call or fax request to return item(s) within 90 days. (This applies to all orders placed after 12/04/08, orders placed before this date, 30 days)

We will fax or mail you a return form, return labels with instructions (fax is preferred).

Fill it out, fax it back. generally we will cover shipping costs on replacement item(s)

Our warranty extends to the 90 days also.

Cancelled Orders. Prior to us shipping original order to you, we charge 25% cancellation charge on cancelled orders. Because most large items like hoods must be made to order and cannot be put into stock, we must charge 25% to cancel any order. Cancel within 24 hrs., no charge.

Of course, used, modified, altered, painted, drilled or damaged items are not returnable.

Customer agrees that disputes regarding shipping, damage, product, or other, we at Unlimited Products will do our best to resolve as quickly as possible. Unresolved disputes customer agrees to arbitration only.
